In the first story, in 1880's London, Cavis Appythart and Millward Phelps (Bob and Larry) are producing a Christmas musical. But a church Christmas pageant staged by Edmund Gilbert (Junior Asparagus) features the Star of Christmas, a priceless artifact, and threatens the success of the big musical. In the second story, the veggies help remind children of all ages that Christmas isn't about getting, it's about giving.
